Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garment is free from makeup marks, perfumes, or signs of wear.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your parcel and drop it off at any New Zealand Post location.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or dispatch your new exchange size within 3-5 business days.
